Court of Appeals of Texas, Dallas.

EX PARTE JAMES H. GENTRY

No. 05–12–00252–CR

    Decided: April 13, 2012

Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices Bridges and Myers

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Opinion By Chief Justice Wright

James H. Gentry was convicted of theft of property having a value of $100,000 or more but less than $200,000.   The trial court sentenced appellant to twenty years' imprisonment.   This Court affirmed appellant's conviction.   See Gentry v. State, No. 05–08–01033–CR (Tex.App.—Dallas Nov. 30, 2009, pet. ref'd).

Appellant filed a post-conviction application for writ of habeas corpus, and now appeals from the trial court's January 26, 2012 “Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.” This Court has no jurisdiction over post-conviction applications for writ of habeas corpus under article 11.07.   See Tex.Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 11.05, 11.07 (West 2005 & Supp.2011).   We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
