YVONNE BROWN v. FALLS ON CLEARWOOD

YVONNE BROWN, Appellant v. FALLS ON CLEARWOOD, Appellee

No. 05–11–00279–CV

-- July 27, 2011

Before Chief Justice Wright and Justices O'Neill and Lang–Miers

MEMORANDUM OPINION

On May 25, 2011, we sent appellant a letter notifying her that we received notice that the clerk's record had not been filed because appellant had not paid the clerk's fee.   We told appellant that if she did not provide, within ten days of the date of the letter, written verification that she had paid the clerk's fee or written documentation that she was entitled to proceed without payment of costs, the court would dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.   See Tex.R.App. P. 37.3(b).  Appellant has not complied with our directive or responded to our letter.   Accordingly we DISMISS her appeal for WANT OF PROSECUTION.
