The Court has before it the parties' July 18, 2011 joint motion to lift abatement and dismiss pursuant to settlement and request for expedited relief.   We have granted the motion to lift abatement by separate order.   We GRANT the motion to dismiss and DISMISS this appeal.   See Tex.R.App. P. 42.1(a).
