Soto v. Unkown Sweetman, ADOC Sgt. at SMU II Browning Unit, 16-15497

Affirming a district court summary judgment in an action brought by an Arizona state inmate alleging excessive force and sexual assault claims against ten Arizona Department of Corrections officers filed after the two year statute of limitations had run because the plaintiff had awaited a response from the Criminal Investigation Unit and wrongly assumed that he needed to exhaust his administrative remedies prior to filing suit, but no such accrual rule exists in such cases, so the statute of limitations was not tolled.
