Friends of Animals v. US Fish and Wildlife Service, 15-35639

Affirming the district court's grant of summary judgment to the US Fish and Wildlife Service in the case of an animal advocacy group's suit challenging the permit issued allowing the taking of the barred owl because the law relating to migratory birds did not require the 'same species limitation' when making decisions relating to the taking of migratory birds for scientific purposes.
