Entler v. Gregoire, 14-35053

Reversing the judgment dismissing the complaint on pleadings in part, affirming in part, and remanding a case in which a prisoner at a Washington State Penitentiary made written complaints in which he repeatedly threatened civil litigation and criminal complaint against a number of state and prison officials who was disciplined under a Washington Department of Corrections regulation barring prisoners from intimidating or coercing prison staff because there was an actionable First Amendment claim, at least as regards the threats relating to civil litigation, but holding that the Defendants were entitled to qualified immunity.
