Upper Skagit Indian Trive v. Puyallup Tribe, 15-35540

Affirming the summary judgment of the district court concluding that prior determinations regarding the geographic scope of the Suquamish Indian Tribe's usual and accustomed fishing grounds and stations had unintentionally included contested waters where the Upper Skagit Indian Tribe had their own court-approved fishing waters.
