Wild Wilderness v. Oregon State Snowmobile Association, 14-35505

Affirming the grant of summary judgment to the Forestry Service and snowmobile enthusiasts in a case where an environmentalist organization challenged the approval of a project that permitted motorized access to national parkland alleging violations of the National Forest Management Act and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) because agency decisions were not arbitrary or an abuse of discretion and complied with the NEPA's requirements, declining to find additional and implicit requirements in the act.
