US v. Ochoa, 15-10354

Reversing the judgment of conviction and holding that a Mexican national convicted in a federal generic conspiracy statute for exporting defense articles without a license, finding that the criminal conviction did not subject them to removal as an aggravated felon or firearms offense convict because the conviction was too broad and indivisible to serve as the proper predicate for removal.
