Irving Unified Sch. Dist. v. K.G., 14-56457

In an action under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) in which the school district was the agency responsible for the student's free appropriate public education (FAPE), the district court's grant of relief from judgment and award of attorney fees to plaintiff is: 1) affirmed as to the grant of relief from judgment; but 2) vacated and remanded as to attorney's fees where it was not clear whether the amount of attorneys' fees awarded was reasonable because much of counsel's work took place after the student's graduation.
