US v. Perkins, 15-30035

Conviction for receipt of child pornography is reversed where the district court erred in denying defendant's motion to suppress evidence obtained from the defendant's computers pursuant to a search warrant because: 1) the district court clearly erred in finding that a DHS special agent did not omit relevant information with at least reckless disregard for whether the omissions would render the warrant application misleading; and 2) had the omitted information been included, the application would not have supported probable cause.
