Conviction and sentencing of defendant for maintaining his residence for the purpose of manufacturing, distributing, or using methamphetamine, 21 U.S.C. section 856(a)(1), are vacated where the government failed to bear its burden of showing that certain inculpatory statements were not the product of illegal searches.
