In a petition for review of the BIA's denial of petitioner's application for waiver of removal, the petition is granted where an individual whose mother is a U.S. citizen continues to be "the son . . . of a citizen of the United States," as set forth at 8 U.S.C. section 1227(a)(1)(H)(i), after his mother's death.
