In a prosecution of a former CEO of diagnostic imaging company, conviction of healthcare fraud resulting in death under 18 U.S.C. section 1347 is affirmed over defendant's meritless claims that his 'resulting in death' convictions should be vacated because the fraudulent billing did not cause of death of the two patients.
