In a prisoner's suit challenging various conditions of his confinement at the Federal Correctional Institution in Butner, North Carolina, the district court's dismissal of certain claims and grant of summary judgment to defendants on other claims are affirmed where there are no constitutional or statutory violations flowing from the conditions of defendant's confinement.
