US v. Gary, 06-4597

In a prosecution for drug-related offenses, a decision allowing the government to introduce evidence obtained from a search of defendant's home pursuant to a warrant is affirmed where the warrant being challenged by defendant was issued in good faith, and information excluded in the underlying affidavit was not material.
