Wilkerson v. Superintendent Fayette SCI, 15-1598

Reversing the grant of a petition on a habeas claim because the defendant did not meet the bar for relief because they failed to demonstrate that the rejection of a double jeopardy claim was contrary to established federal law and affirming the dismissal of Apprendi and ineffective assistance claims because they were not timely raised in the case of an assault and shooting that took place outside of a strip club.
