In Re: Thomas F. Hoffner, 15-2883

Authorizing a successive habeas corpus petition in the case of a convict seeking review of his sentence as a career criminal under the residual clause of the Armed Career Criminal Act, which the Supreme Court found to be unconstitutionally vague under Johnson v. United States, 135 S. Ct. 2551 (2015) because he was able to make a prima facie showing of having met the pre-filing requirements for successive habeas corpus petitions.
