Baptiste v. Attorney General United States, 14-4476

In an immigration action, the court held that 18 U.S.C. section 16's definition of a 'crime of violence' is unconstitutionally vague after Johnson v. United States, 135 S. Ct. 2551 (2015). The court further held that petitioner was nonetheless removable based on his two convictions for crimes involving moral turpitude under 8 U.S.C. section 1227(a)(2)(A)(ii).
