US v. Delva, 15-683

Convictions of conspiracies to commit kidnapping and robbery, 18 U.S.C. sections 1201 and 1951, conspiracy to distribute narcotics, 21 U.S.C. section 846, and substantive firearms offenses,18 U.S.C. sections 924(c) and 922(g), are affirmed where evidence seized following an arrest of defendant's uncle pursuant to an arrest warrant but without a search warrant, did not violate the Fourth Amendment because those items were in plain view and were seized during a protective sweep of the apartment.
