Read US v. Nadirashvili, 08-4211

Conviction and sentencing of defendants for a variety of weapons trafficking offenses is vacated with respect to the sentencing where the district court used the wrong standard in applying certain offense level enhancements under Section 2K2.1(b) of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines during one defendant’s offense level calculation, but otherwise affirmed on the convictions and in all other respects.
