In an action by a former wife, indicted for the murder of her husband, seeking a share of the husband's sizable estate, judgment of the district court dismissing action, FRCP Rules 37 and 41(b), is affirmed where dismissal was not an abuse of discretion because of wife's: 1) noncompliance with court orders; 2) many lengthy delays in prosecuting the suit; and 3) failure to serve defendant.
