In a dispute involving the scope of Section 8 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. section 158(a)(1), judgment of the plaintiff is affirmed where defendant violated section 8(a)(1) by maintaining an overbroad confidentiality provision and by discharging an employee pursuant to that provision.
