United States First Circuit

US v. Crespo-Rios, 09-2252

In a criminal proceeding charging defendant with child pornography-related offenses, 18 U.S.C. sections 1470 and 2252(a)(4)(B), judgment by district court suppressing digital child pornography discovered by agents while executing a warrant to search for evidence of sections 1470 and 2252(a)(4)(B) violations is reversed where supporting affidavit provided probable cause to believe that defendant's media would contain such evidence.
