Battista v. Clarke, 10-1965
In a dispute arising form an action for an injunction requiring that hormone therapy and female garb and accessories be provided to a civilly- committed sexually dangerous person diagnosed with gender identity disorder, judgment of district court granting injuction is affirmed because defendants' withholding of hormone therapy was wanton and outside the bounds of reasonable professional judgement.
