Airframe Sys. Inc. v. Raytheon Co., 09-1624

In a copyright infringement action involving plaintiff's software source code, district court's dismissal of plaintiff's suit under the doctrine of claim preclusion is affirmed as plaintiff was or should have been well aware of the fact that the defendant named in the later lawsuit owned the business unit at issue when it filed the earlier lawsuit, and should have amended it there.
