United States First Circuit

Conviction of defendant for drug-trafficking conspiracy is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in concluding that the omission or misstatement of information of an informant's activities did not provide grounds for suppression; and 2) district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to require the government to produce documents containing identifying information as to the other informants.
