US v. Calder-n-Pacheco, 08-1193

Conviction for drug crimes is affirmed where the plea agreement defendant agreed to contained a waiver of the right to appeal and the defendant consented to that waiver, and there is nothing unjust about holding defendant to the bargain struck in his plea agreement.
