United States First Circuit

Conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err and defendant's Sixth Amendment rights were not violated when the court closed the courtroom during the charging of the jury; and 2) there was sufficient evidence for a reasonable jury could conclude that he had constructive possession of the shotgun found in his sister's closet.
