Conviction for possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) the evidence was not sufficient to support the verdict; 2) Magistrate Judge abused her discretion by refusing to ask defendant's list of propounded questions; and 3) the jury instruction given was misleading in its choice of language.
