Garcia v. Bristol-Myers Squibb Co., 07-2723

In an engineer's Title VII suit alleging the termination of her employment was motivated by gender discrimination and not, as defendant-employer said, by poor performance, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff did not provide sufficient evidence showing that defendants' explanation for firing her was a pretext and the real reason was discrimination.
