United States First Circuit

In a prosecution for possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon, denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence, discovered from a pat-down search on him after being "pulled out" from his vehicle by police officers is affirmed where the officer's actions were reasonable when viewed under the totality of the circumstances, notwithstanding individual facts which may have been alone insufficient for a finding of "reasonableness".
