Santosa v. Mukasey, 07-2016

Petition for review of an order denying petitioner's request for asylum, withholding of removal, and CAT based relief is denied where: 1) petitioner did not satisfy the objectivity requirement in providing "credible, direct, and specific evidence" to support a reasonable fear of individualized persecution; and 2) upon reviewing the record, the manner in which the case was handled in proceedings below could not be deemed to have violated due process.
