Sanchez-Figueroa v. Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, 07-1013
In a suit against a former employer alleging its failure to provide a reasonable accommodation for plaintiff-employee's disability violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), summary judgment for employer is affirmed where plaintiff failed to establish a prima facie case of disability discrimination as the record clearly established that plaintiff's impairment was foreseeably temporary and not a "substantially limiting" condition.
