Conviction and sentence for drug trafficking are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) the trial court's decision to allow grand jury testimony to be read into the record violated federal evidence rules and the Sixth Amendment's Confrontation Clause; 2) the trial court should have granted a mistrial after a co-defendant changed his plea to guilty; and 3) the statutory mandatory minimum sentence imposed violated Sixth Amendment principles since it was based on judicially found facts.
