Forrest v. Brinker Int'l Payroll Co., LP, 07-1714

In a suit alleging that plaintiff's employer created a hostile work environment, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where, although there was sufficient evidence in the record to establish that a co-worker's harassment of plaintiff was based upon her sex, defendant-employer's response was prompt and appropriate.
