In a suit alleging that plaintiff's employment contract was not renewed because of political discrimination and without due process, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) plaintiff did not present sufficient evidence of a conspiracy to dismiss him because of his political beliefs to allow a jury to rule in his favor; 2) plaintiff did not have a property interest in his contract renewal; and 3) defendants gave plaintiff sufficient notice of the decision not to renew the contract.
