In an ERISA suit for benefits under a disability policy provided to plaintiff's assignor's employer by defendant, the district court's determination of the date on which postjudgment interest on the award of benefits would begin is reversed and remanded where the district court incorrectly held that postjudgment interest began to accrue on a date prior to the resolution of a disputed issue of damages.
