Petition for review of a final order of removal is denied where: 1) the petitioner was not credible; 2) the petitioner had not met his burden of establishing past persecution or a well-founded fear of future persecution; and 3) circumstances in Haiti had changed fundamentally such that petitioner no longer had a well-founded fear of persecution there.
