Council of Ins. Agents & Brokers v. Juarbe-Jimenez, 05-2607

Injunction based on finding of facial unconstitutionality of portions of the Puerto Rico Insurance Code is remanded for modification according to the parties' agreement, and affirmed as modified over defendant's arguments that plaintiff lacked associational standing where the defendant offered no evidence to create a genuine issue of material fact.
