Rodriguez-Del Carmen v. Gonzales, 05-1172
Petition for review of deportation order after determination of fraudulent marriage is denied where the IJ's finding that the marriage was fraudulent was supported by substantial evidence, and where the IJ could reasonably conclude that other documentary evidence constituted deliberate contrivances to conceal the fraud.
