US v. HUSSEIN, 03-1310

Defendant's conviction for knowingly possessing and intending to distribute khat, a plant naturally containing the chemical stimulant cathinone in violation of section 841(a)(1) of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA), is affirmed where the evidence suffices to show that defendant knew that he was dealing with a controlled substance.
