US v. PUCHE, 02-12605

Convictions for conspiracy to commit money laundering and the district court's forfeiture order are affirmed. However, the sentences are vacated where the district court was required to reduce the offense level for all three individual defendants by three levels under U.S.S.G. section 2X1.1(b)(2).
