Petition for writ of mandamus seeking to compel the trial court to reverse its decision denying the appointment of counsel to pursue habeas corpus relief is denied where an indigent person adjudicated as a juvenile delinquent as a minor and sentenced to forty years does not have a statutory right under the Juvenile Justice Code to the appointment of an attorney in a post-adjudication habeas corpus proceeding filed after that person becomes an adult.
