Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas

State of Texas v. Oages, 0957-05

A judgment of the court of appeals, reversing suppression of evidence in a prosecution for possession of marijuana, is vacated and remanded for further proceedings consistent with the holding in State v. Cullen, specifically, that when a losing party on a motion to suppress requests findings of fact and conclusions of law, the trial court must issue them, so that the court of appeals may properly review the trial court's ruling.
