People v. Clyde, 209

In an appeal from a judgment of the appellate division vacating appellant's convictions for attacking a female prison guard, judgment is reversed where the trial court incorrectly dismissed an attempted rape charge, and because harmless error analysis is applicable when a trial court orders the use of visible shackles without adequate justification articulated on the record.
