Defendant's conviction for unlawful possession of marihuana and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree is reversed where the misdemeanor complaint, insofar as it described the arresting officer's conclusion that defendant had a gravity knife, failed to give any support or explanation whatsoever for the officer's belief.
