People v. Devone, 91

Defendants' drug convictions are affirmed where: 1) a canine sniff of the exterior of a lawfully stopped vehicle constituted a search under article I, section 12 of the New York Constitution, and thus required reasonable suspicion; and 2) the government demonstrated such a reasonable suspicion in the cases at issue.
