Sentence based on guilty plea to attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and based on defendant's breach of the plea agreement by skipping his scheduled sentencing, being arrested for robbery, and refusing to cooperate in the preparation for his presentence report, is reversed where the trial judge did not fulfill the obligation to advise defendant of postrelease supervision during the plea allocution.
