Poindexter v. The State of Illinois, 104853

In a suit for declaratory and injunctive relief arising out of the state's administrative efforts to recover from plaintiffs costs of their respective spouses' nursing home care, the appellate court's reversal of the trial court's grant of declaratory, injunctive, and other relief to the plaintiffs is affirmed where the Medicare Catastrophic Coverage Act does not preempt article X of the Public Aid Code.
